• Any products, devices, or network equipment provided by the customer remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
• As stated in our policies, refunds are only valid if a dispatch is cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to dispatch are not eligible for a refund.
• If materials, lifts, or equipment have already been purchased or rented, the customer is responsible for covering those costs regardless of cancellation.
