• As stated in our policies, refunds are only valid if a dispatch is cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to dispatch are not eligible for a refund.
• If materials, lifts, or equipment have already been purchased or rented, the customer is responsible for covering those costs regardless of cancellation.

5. Service Conditions

  • All services are provided under the assumptions and terms outlined in the corresponding Statement of Work (SOW).
  • NJTechland is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:
    • Restricted site access.
    • Hazardous conditions at the worksite.
    • Client-caused delays, miscommunication, or late approvals.
    • Shutdowns, closures, or restrictions due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen events.
